Cayenne Arnica Sore Muscle Joint & Nerve Rub

“ Cayenne Salve” is a wholesome, effective salve. When I use this i can feel this penetrating to my muscles in my arms and feet. It helps !

This rub smells great compared to some other products... easy to use & definitely seems to clam down my shoulder issues !

A very nice, well made salve for aching muscles! I’m used to mild winters but I’m up north for this one and my muscles don’t like it so this is great. It’s a good mix of relieving coolness with some warmth alongside so with the cold weather you won’t feel uncomfortable.
Also it’s gentle and I’d say give it a few minutes to sink into your skin to feel muscles relax.

I love this salve so far! I typically use it after massaging out sore areas. I noticed that using it after massage helps to keep the area loose and free from pain for a longer time then if I didn't use the salve. It also increases circulation to that area to help with the healing process.When I bought this, I wasn't sure if the cayenne would stain the skin, but I haven't noticed any color change after massaging it in. I also haven't noticed any color coming off on white clothing either (but maybe exercise caution in this area so you don't get your favorite white top slowly picking up the cayenne and becoming orange!)Other reviews say that it doesn't really relieve pain. For an herbal product, I think it relieves a fair amount of pain while actually treating the pain (and not simply numbing or blocking the pain). It definitely does not provide immediate relief and it won't work as well as the conventional lidocaine based products. But, in my mind, this product is much better than others especially for long term use on chronic pains, actually treating the problem of inflammation, and having natural ingredients that have been used and studied for centuries.I think this product could be slightly more effective if it also contained magnesium of some sort, but that's just my two-sense! I will continue using another magnesium lotion in tandem with this.

Quick shipment. Quality ingredients. Potent aroma. Seems to work okay. Will update when jar is empty. Didn’t seem to really take my muscle soreness away, but I’ve only use it once. Not too greasy. Good price.
