Hot Tea: Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried hibiscus flowers to 8 oz of boiling water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain and enjoy. Iced Tea / Agua de Jamaica: Add 1/4 cup of hibiscus flowers to 4 cups of cold or hot water. Steep for 15–30 minutes (or refrigerate overnight for cold brew), strain, sweeten if desired, and serve over ice.
